Important Information

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect appointment availability, the following cancellation policy is in place:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made within this period will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment fee.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total appointment fee.

These measures have been introduced to protect appointment availability for all clients and to ensure the sustainability of the business. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments result in lost time that cannot be filled at short notice.
